Free standing with box net
Soccer goals by Federation Flags & Flagpoles are equal to soccer goals made anywhere in the world, from any perspective!
The extruded aluminium section with integral net clip track is pre-coated with an oven baked gloss white polyester finish. The section size is the maximum allowable under FIFA rules which means that it is stiff and doesn't bend easily. The goals are usually supplied with a sleeved cross bar, designed to cope with the use and abuse soccer goals in open parks often receive. The uprights are usually supplied complete with ground sleeves and galvanised steel internal sleeving to handle the same abuse and to facilitate easy installation. At the end of the season the goals can be disassembled and moved by hand.
To compensate for the high cost of transportation, our soccer goals are supplied in flat pack format. Corner joints are made using quality cast aluminium elbows fixed in place by physical fasteners. The goals can be assembled on site with basic hand tools. |

The faces exposed to play are round, resulting in less predictable ricochets and more goals. The round surface is interrupted on the rear face with small flats either side of the integral net clip track. The track accepts our low profile, anti snag, black polycarbonate net clips by either sliding or twisting them into place. The same track is utilised to locate the optional "P" brackets for net supports that are attached using castings and rectangular stainless steel nuts carried in the multi-purpose net clip track.
The overall appearance of the goals is smooth, professional and strong. There are no sharp edges to injure players or the public. The net clips twist easily out of the track and can be removed whilst still attached to the net if so desired.
Building the goals in aluminium presents the opportunity to make lightweight Portable Soccer Goals (PSG) that can be easily carried around the pitch by two men, or wheeled around if using the optional wheel kit. Over the years, the use of portable soccer goals has resulted in some deaths and many injuries. Federation Flags & Flagpole's PSGs comply with Standards Australia's guidelines for the manufacture and use of PSGs.
Net support posts with their own ground sleeves are available for box nets, or alternately "P" shaped net support brackets can be fitted as an optional extra for conventional nets, as mentioned above.
So there you have it, there's no disputing our soccer goals are second to none! |
