**Do you make the flagpoles and goal posts yourselves?**
Yes. We are an Australian manufacturer, not a reseller. The poles are made and finished by us, the flags are sewn and printed by us, and the goal posts are fabricated by us, in our own factory in Melbourne, Victoria.

**Do you ship Australia wide?**
Yes. We are in Melbourne and we ship right across Australia. Freight is quoted with your order rather than guessed, because a flag posts cheaply and a 12 metre pole is a freight job.

**Do you supply sporting clubs, schools and councils?**
Regularly. We can put together a formal quote and invoice, and we are used to working to a season or a budget cycle.

**Can I order before the online store is live?**

**What are the regulation AFL goal post dimensions?**
Goal posts must be at least 6 metres tall and behind posts at least 3 metres, set 6.4 metres apart. Senior and league grounds usually run taller goal posts than that minimum. Tell us the height your league or council specifies and we build to it.

**Do you make junior and senior goal posts?**
Yes. Our AFL sets come in junior and senior grades, rugby posts in club and senior, and soccer goals in junior through to full regulation size.

**Are the goal posts padded?**
Yes. AFL sets come with impact pads and rugby posts with base pads. Everything is powder coated to stand up to a full season of weather and contact.

**Do the posts drop into ground sleeves?**
Yes. Our permanent posts are made ground sleeve ready. If you are replacing posts in existing sleeves, tell us the sleeve size and we will match it.

**Can clubs, schools and councils get a formal quote?**
Regularly. We can put together a formal quote and invoice, and we are used to working to a season or a budget cycle.

**Do you make portable soccer goals?**
Yes. Our portable goals use a flip over wheel design so one person can roll them on and off the pitch and store them away. Nets are included.

**What height flagpole do I need?**
It depends on what the pole sits next to and how exposed the site is. Tell us the building height, the ground and roughly what look you are after, and we will tell you what to get rather than sell you the tallest one.

**Are your flagpoles Australian made?**
Yes. Every pole starts as raw aluminium in our own factory in Melbourne, Victoria. We are a manufacturer, not a reseller.

**What is the difference between a ground sleeve and a flange base?**
A ground sleeve sets into concrete and the pole drops into it, which suits permanent installs and lets you remove the pole. A flange base bolts to an existing concrete pad or structure. Both are on the fittings page.

**Do you ship flagpoles interstate?**
Yes, we ship right across Australia. A long pole is a freight job rather than a parcel, so we quote the freight with your order instead of guessing.

**What size Australian flag suits my pole?**
We make flags in the standard Australian sizes that match our poles, so tell us the pole height and we will pair it. A flag that is too big for the pole wears out faster and looks wrong.

**Can you print my own logo on a flag?**
Yes. Custom printed flags are one of the things we do most. Send us your artwork and the size you want, and we will send you a digital proof before anything goes to print.

**What fabric are the flags made from?**
Outdoor grade fabric, sewn and printed in house. They are built to fly outside rather than to sit indoors.

**Where are you based?**
We make everything here in Melbourne, Victoria, and we ship right across Australia. If you are local you are welcome to talk to us directly about your job.
