Your information is held in our business systems and with the service providers described above. We protect it with access controls and passwords, encrypted connections between your browser and this site, restricting access to the people in our business who need it, and keeping our systems updated.
Card numbers never touch our systems. They go straight to our payment processor, which is certified to the card industry security standard.
No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a data breach happens that is likely to cause you serious harm, we will notify you and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner as required by law.
We keep your information only as long as we need it or as long as the law requires, then destroy or de identify it.

We will need to confirm who you are before we hand anything over. We normally respond within 30 days and we do not charge for a straightforward request. If we refuse a request we will tell you why in writing.
You can also ask us to delete your information. We will do so unless we are required to keep it, for example for tax and business records.
