A real person answers the phone. If you need help with an order, a delivery, a return or a custom flag proof, here is how to reach us and what to expect.
We are a family run manufacturer, not a call centre. The quickest way to sort anything out is to ring us.
We manufacture in Melbourne, Victoria, and we ship right across Australia.
You do not need an order number to talk to us. Give us your name and roughly when you ordered and we will find it.
If you need to change a quantity, a size or a delivery address, contact us as soon as you can. We can usually change anything that has not gone into production or onto a truck yet. Custom printed flags can be changed up until you approve the proof.
Freight is quoted with your order rather than estimated up front, because the difference between posting a flag and freighting a 12m pole is enormous. A flag goes in the post cheaply. A tall pole is an oversize freight job and is priced accordingly.
Pickup is available if you would rather collect. Tell us when you order and we will have it ready.
If a delivery has not turned up when you expected it, call us and we will chase the carrier.
Faulty, damaged or not what you ordered. Contact us straight away and send a photo if you can. We will replace it or refund it, and we cover the freight. This is your right under the Australian Consumer Law and nothing here limits it.
Changed your mind. Stock items in original, unused condition and original packaging can usually be returned. Talk to us before sending anything back so we can arrange the freight and make sure it arrives in one piece. Return freight for change of mind is at your cost.
Custom and made to order goods. Custom printed flags, and anything made specifically to your specification, cannot be returned for change of mind, because they are made for you and cannot be resold. If they are faulty or not what you approved on the proof, that is a different matter and we will fix it.

We manufacture our own poles, sew and print our own flags and fabricate our own goal posts, so if something we made goes wrong we deal with it directly rather than sending you to a supplier.
Our goods come with a warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Fair wear and tear is not covered, and neither is damage from misuse, an incorrect installation or a storm event beyond the rated wind loading of the product. If you are not sure whether something is covered, ring us and describe it.
Send us your artwork in the highest resolution you have, along with the size and finish you want. Vector artwork is ideal but we can work with most things and we will tell you honestly if what you have sent will not print well at flag size.
We send you a digital proof before anything goes to print. Nothing is printed until you approve that proof, so check the spelling, the colours and the orientation carefully. Once you approve it, that is what we make.

It depends on the size of the item and where it is going, so we quote it with your order rather than guessing. A flag posts cheaply. A 12m pole is a freight job and is priced as one.
Yes. Tell us when you order and we will have it ready for collection.
Contact us straight away and send a photo if you can. Goods damaged in transit or faulty on arrival are replaced or refunded. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected by anything on this page.
Stock items in original condition can usually be returned. Get in touch before you send anything back so we can sort out the freight. Custom printed flags and made to order goods cannot be returned for change of mind because they are made specifically for you.
We send you a digital proof first and nothing goes to print until you approve it. Once approved we give you a production time with your order.
Regularly. We can put together a formal quote and invoice, and we are used to working to a season or a budget cycle.
